You will work closely with engineering,



production and quality teams to resolve complex quality challenges, improve processes and support our expanding operations across multiple industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product quality planning activities including APQP, PPAP, DFMEA and PFMEAInvestigate and resolve customer quality concernsSupport and mentor Quality Engineers and Quality CoordinatorsConduct and support internal and external auditsDrive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesPrepare and maintain FAIR documentation in accordance with AS****Develop and improve quality systems aligned to AS****, ISO ****, ISO ***** and IATF *****Partner with engineering and production teams to improve product and process performanceSupport non‐conformance management and corrective action activitiesLead cross‐functional quality improvement projects and 5S initiativesSupport global standardisation and quality objectives.About YouYou will be a highly motivated quality professional with a passion for continuous improvement and a solid understanding of quality management systems within a manufacturing or engineering environment.You'll bring:Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer roleStrong knowledge of AS****, ISO **** and IATF *****APQP and PPAP experienceStrong problem‐solving and root cause analysis skillsExperience with technical documentation and quality auditsEffective leadership and stakeholder management capabilitiesSix Sigma knowledge or experienceEngineering qualifications (highly regarded but not essential)Experience within aerospace, automotive, defence or advanced manufacturing environments will be highly regarded
