Ellora, a rooftop cocktail bar, dining and functions venue in St Kilda, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead daily operations across cocktails, dining and private events.You will oversee an established team including an Assistant Venue Manager, Bar Manager and Head Chef, and collaborate with our offsite Sales & Functions Manager to drive performance and guest experience.
