We're looking for a compassionate, reliable and emotionally mature workers who can provide person-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented support while maintaining professional boundaries and promoting the participant's rights, choice, dignity and independence.Day to day, this may include:Providing one-to-one support in the participant's home and communitySupporting personal care, daily routines, appointments, and household tasksAssisting with community access, social participation and employment goalsProviding reassurance and emotional support during periods of distressSupporting medication prompts and health routines (adjust to scope)Following individualised support and behaviour support plansIdentifying and appropriately responding to changes in presentationBuilding positive, respectful relationships with the participant, their family and their support teamCompleting shift notes, progress notes and incident documentationWe're looking for a compassionate, reliable and emotionally mature workers who can provide person-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented support while maintaining professional boundaries and promoting the participant's rights, choice, dignity and independence.Day to day, this may include:Providing one-to-one support in the participant's home and communitySupporting personal care, daily routines, appointments, and household tasksAssisting with community access,

Essential requirementsNDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Blue Card, or willingness to obtain themCurrent First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtainCurrent Australian driver's licence (minimum P2) and a reliable vehicleRights to work in AustraliaAvailability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster, including a minimum of two sleepover shifts per fortnight.
