The RoleCarrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered NurseConsulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basisAssisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirementsContributing to the physical,



emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residentsCommunicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplaceParticipating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger teamAbout YouCurrently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled NurseExperience working in aged care and/or supporting residents living with dementiaAbility to work independently and professionallyStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systemsWillingness to obtain relevant vaccinationsCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willing to apply for one)What We OfferSalary packaging up to $15,900 per annum + up to $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
