You're a practical brewer who cares about the quality of every batch and enjoys helping the people around you do their best work.
You take ownership, communicate clearly and lead by example, whether you're running a brew, supporting a packaging run or showing a colleague how to complete a task safely.You'll bring:At least 18 months' experience in a commercial brewery, with practical experience operating brewing, cellar and packaging equipment.A sound understanding of brewing science, fermentation, yeast management, filtration and beer quality.Experience maintaining brewing records and production documentation, alongside exposure to food safety and quality systems.Solid organisational skills,
attention to detail and the ability to prioritise when production gets busy.A methodical approach to solving problems and confidence using production and quality data to guide decisions.The ability to work independently, collaborate across the team and positively coach and influence colleagues.A commitment to safe working practices and the ability to carry out the physical requirements of brewery production.An IBD General Certificate in Brewing or equivalent, a brewing or food science qualification, HACCP certification, a forklift licence and an Australian driver's licence would be advantageous.Above all, you're dependable, curious and keen to keep developing your brewing skills.
