About the RoleWe're recruiting a Regional Training Lead to join our Allansford site.This is a highly influential role focused on training governance, competency assurance and compliance risk.
Working closely with operational leaders, you will help shape workforce capability, drive accountability for training outcomes and ensure training investment is focused on reducing operational, safety and compliance risk.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, challenging existing practices and driving a consistent approach across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with site leaders to identify and manage training and competency risksLead training needs analysis and prioritise capability initiatives based on risk and business impactDrive ownership and accountability for training and compliance outcomesChampion consistent training and competency standards across the siteProvide advice on audit readiness, compliance requirements and workforce capability gapsMonitor training effectiveness, competency frameworks and compliance activitiesManage training priorities, budgets and external training providersSupport audits and the resolution of training-related non-conformancesAbout YouExperience in training, learning, capability or competency management within a manufacturing or operational environmentCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)Strong understanding of compliance, safety, quality or operational risk frameworksProven ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with stakeholders at all levelsExperience driving change,
