and facility upgrades.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & ComplianceChampion a safety-first culture and ensure all work complies with OH&S;, site and legislative requirementsComplete risk assessments, safety inspections and hazard identification activitiesFollow critical safety procedures, including isolation and lockout/tagout, permit-to-work, confined-space and hot-work requirementsSupport emergency response activities and ensure contractor compliance with site safety proceduresUtilities, Services & Facilities MaintenancePerform preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance across site utilities, services and infrastructureMonitor and maintain refrigeration, boiler, compressed-air, water treatment and wastewater systemsDiagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and utilities-related faultsMaintain HVAC, ventilation, chilled-water and general building servicesRespond to leaks, equipment failures and other issues that could impact production,



safety or GMP areasSupport production equipment breakdowns and planned maintenance when requiredContractor ManagementCoordinate and supervise external contractors across HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, wastewater and infrastructure worksReview SWMS, risk assessments and JSA documentation to ensure compliance with site requirementsMonitor work progress and verify that completed work meets safety, GMP and quality standardsAsset ManagementCreate, update and close work orders using MEX or a similar CMMSMaintain accurate asset histories, service records, failure information and preventative maintenance schedulesIdentify reliability trends, recommend maintenance improvements and support critical spare-parts managementOur team have a flexible, can-do attitude with a willingness to help others in the team and are empowered to be proactive, take initiative to solve problems and have a continuous improvement mindset.
