development and clinical capability of St John NT's Paramedics and Patient Transport Officers.Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will help build a strong culture of learning, clinical excellence and continuous improvement across our clinical workforce.Your role will include:Developing and delivering continuing education, clinical inductions and professional development programsAssisting with the Graduate Intern Program and credentialing process across the TerritoryProviding expert in-field clinical leadership, support and educationSupporting Paramedics and Patient Transport Officers to develop their clinical skills and confidencePromoting a positive learning and clinical improvement cultureSupporting the ongoing growth and development of our clinical workforceContributing to innovative eLearning and blended-learning programsMAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTWe're looking for a critically thinking professional who is solutions-focused, self-motivated and passionate about developing others.If you enjoy sharing your knowledge, supporting clinicians in the field and finding better ways to deliver clinical education,



this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.ABOUT YOUYou will have:A Bachelor of Paramedicine or equivalent from a CAA-accredited universityCurrent Paramedic registration with AHPRA2+ years' operational experience at Qualified Paramedic level or higherStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAn understanding of patient safety and clinical quality improvementAn understanding of eLearning development and deliveryProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAn understanding of blended-learning facilitationA Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a willingness to obtainMost importantly, you'll be a team player who thinks critically, finds solutions and wants to make a genuine difference.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
