Ideally, you will have experience within a school or another complex organisation, although education experience is not essential.You will bring:Strong generalist HR experienceConfidence interpreting Enterprise AgreementsSound knowledge of employment legislationExcellent judgement and communication skillsStrong stakeholder and relationship‐building skillsA practical, contemporary approach to HRThis is a great opportunity for an HR Manager who wants autonomy, visibility and genuine influence.
