Are you passionate about delivering qualified and efficient minibar service across guest rooms?
We are seeking Mini Bar Attendant to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious snacking experience from the comfort of their rooms.
About the Role:
As the Mini Bar Attendant, you will require strong attention to detail, accuracy in stock and billing records, respect for guest privacy, and the ability to work independently while supporting the In-Room Dining and Mini Bar operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Replenish, rotate and present minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards and approved par levels.
Check mini bar items for quality, packaging condition, expiry dates and correct presentation before placing them in guest rooms.
Accurately record guest consumption, missing items and discrepancies, and process charges through the relevant billing system in a timely manner.
Complete daily minibar checks, assigned room lists, restocking duties and related reports as required.
Maintain fully stocked, clean and organised minibar carts,



ensuring products are secured and handled with care.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and stock control of minibar storerooms, fridges, shelves and equipment.
Report damaged items, maintenance issues, guest room concerns, stock shortages or unusual discrepancies to the Supervisor or Manager promptly.
Handle all alcoholic beverages, premium products and hotel property responsibly and in accordance with hotel procedures.
Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
About You:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in recording minibar items and charges.
Previous experience in-room-dining service, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Positive organisational and time management skills, with the ability to complete assigned rooms efficiently.
Basic numerical and record-keeping skills for stock control and billing processes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following hotel procedures.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and discreet approach to guest interactions.
Willingness to stand, walk, bend, push carts, lift and carry supplies for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Must hold a valid NSW RSA licence
