you will look after the bookkeeping needs of a portfolio of small to medium business clients.Processing accounts payable and receivable and reconciling bank accountsPayroll processing and superannuation lodgementsBAS and GST preparationMonth end reporting and general ledger maintenanceBeing a point of contact for clients and following up missing informationPassing clean, accurate files through to the accountantsTHE INDIVIDUAL:Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or currently working towards itProven bookkeeping experience, ideally within an accounting practiceWorking knowledge of Xero and MYOBSolid understanding of GST, BAS and payroll obligationsFriendly, reliable and well organised with an eye for detailPlease note you must be an Australian citizen (or permanent resident), a New Zealand citizen or hold a current Australian Work Visa to apply.
