About the role:Le Bent is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager – Growth & Execution to help drive our next phase of global growth.Reporting to the General Manager and based in Sydney, you will lead the planning and execution of global marketing initiatives across product, digital, content and commerce.This is a high-impact role for someone who can think strategically, turn ideas into action and comfortably move between the big picture and getting the work done.Key responsibilities:Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches and go-to-market plansBuild brand awareness and demand across our key global marketsDeliver integrated campaigns across e-commerce, wholesale, paid media, social, CRM, PR and international marketsTurn product innovation and technical performance into compelling consumer storiesDrive qualified traffic, customer acquisition, retention and profitable DTC growthSupport wholesale demand, key accounts and sell-through through robust marketing programsManage content, agencies, athletes, ambassadors and brand partnershipsDevelop customer segmentation, retention and reactivation programsUse data,



consumer insights and AI to continually improve marketing effectivenessExecute consistently against the Lé Bent brand across every consumer touchpointAbout you:5+ years' experience in marketing, growth or integrated marketing roles, ideally with ownership of commercial outcomesStrong digital, e-commerce and performance-marketing capabilityExperience developing and executing integrated campaignsStrong commercial, analytical and project-management skillsExperience managing agencies, creatives and multiple stakeholdersHands‐on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google AnalyticsComfortable using data, technology and AI to work smarter and improve performanceEqually comfortable developing the plan and rolling up your sleeves to deliver itExperience within outdoor, snow, action sports, apparel or premium consumer brands would be highly regarded — as would a genuine passion for mountain culture and adventureAbout us:Born in the mountains, Le Bent is a premium performance-layering brand built on a simple belief: Performance starts with comfort.
