administration and compliance assistant will mean you will be working closely with our experienced trainers and valued clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of RTO specific duties outlined in the key responsibilities and will be working in a closeknit team of professionals.Key responsibilitiesManage and maintain student records, enrolments, and compliance documentationProvide administrative support for the coordination of training programsWorking with the RTO's student management system (aXcelerate) to complete data entry and recording requirementsRespond to student and trainer queries as required.Liaise with client representativesProvide general support to other office staff as required
