My client is a leading and established chartered accounting name seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
They work with a range of family-owned businesses, HNW families, start-ups, medium to larger corporate organisations in IT, professional services, manufacturing, retail and medical.
Reporting directly to the Manager, your role will entail:
Liaising with clients directly and building on existing relationshipsPreparing financial accounts and tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies and partnershipsIdentifying compliance/tax issues for e.g. FBT, Div7A, small business concessions,



etcPerforming tax planning requirements for clientsPreparing clear and succinct work papersReviewing management accountsDrafting advice letters on various tax issuesWorkflow and billing managementDelegating, supervising and reviewing work of junior team members.
Applicants:
Approx.
4+ years' experience in business services/tax experience in an Australian accounting firmCA or CPA qualified or studyingAbility to manage/work towards managing client relationships and have a client-centric mindsetStrong attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
