Business Development & Territory Manager
You'll inherit an established NSW territory where you'll grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sectors.
You'll represent a market-leading portfolio of high performance graphic films, reflective materials and industrial solutions trusted across signage, transport, infrastructure and manufacturing.
No two days are the same.
One day you'll be strengthening relationships with long standing customers, the next you'll be uncovering recent opportunities, visiting sites or representing the business at an industry event.
You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Key responsibilities
Grow an established portfolio of customers across Sydney.
Identify new business opportunities and expand your territory.
Build trusted relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to implementation.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Share market insights that help shape future growth.
Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, trade events and industry functions.
About you




Have experience in Territory Management, Business Development or B2B Sales.
Enjoy growing existing customer relationships while creating new opportunities.
Take ownership of your territory and work well autonomously.
Are commercially minded and curious about your customers' businesses.
Communicate confidently with stakeholders at every level.

$105,000-$110,000 Base Salary + Super
