skills and experienceWe're looking for someone who brings:Experience and commitment to encouraging and facilitating participating in activities of daily livingStrong understanding and commitment to person-centred careDemonstrated experience supporting individuals with high intensity support needsExcellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skillsConfident using client management systems and maintaining accurate recordsExperience with behaviour support strategies and health needs and the ability to adapt supports to clients needsCommitment to privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundariesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEducation and QualificationsMinimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent (required)Current First Aid CertificateWillingness to complete all mandatory training requirementsKnowledge of National Disability Standards and safeguarding practicesWe're serious about safeguarding our clients.
