The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and taking ownership of their own work.
You will be responsible for the accounts payable and receivable functions running smoothly.
You will play a key role in maintainingaccurate financial records and the timely processing of supplier and customer transactions,becomingan important part of the day-to-day operation of the business.

This is a fulltimeon-site role.
What you will be doing
Accounts Payable
Manage accounts payable inboxes
Process supplier invoicesensuring they are correctly coded, approved and entered into the accounting systemand paid within terms
Review and reconcile supplier statements
Reconcile credit cards
Follow up outstanding invoices, discrepancies and account queries
Set up and maintain supplier records
Identify and escalationissues that require management attention
Accounts Receivable
Receipt and allocate customer payments accurately and promptly
Monitor and release orders on hold
Reconcile accounts as required
Setup and maintain customer records
Identify and escalationissues that require management attention

Skills & Experience
Broad experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Reconciliation skills
Experience with foreign currency
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with Pronto XI or similar ERP software
