Civic Homes Pty Ltd is a residential construction company specialised in Rooming House construction across Victoria.About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Junior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor to join our construction team and assist with the day-to-day delivery of our projects.Working closely with our construction team, you will assist with the coordination and supervision of Rooming House projects across various stages of construction, from site start through to handover and completion.Key responsibilities include:Day-to-day supervision of construction sitesCoordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliersMonitor construction progress and project schedulesReview plans, specifications and construction documentationMonitor workmanship and ensure works meet required quality standardsCarry out site inspections and follow up defects and incomplete worksCoordinate material deliveries and site requirementsMaintain site records, photos and progress updatesAssist with building inspections and construction milestonesMaintain clean, organised and protected construction sitesCommunicate with the Construction Manager, office team, trades and suppliersIdentify and report site issues as they ariseAbout YouWe are looking for someone practical, organised and comfortable working in a site environment.This role would suit someone from a trade background who is looking to come off the tools and into site supervision,
