In support of Reach Subsea's growth, we are seeking an Inspection Team Lead to join our Perth team.The Regional Inspection Team Lead is responsible for the onshore leadership, coordination, and technical governance of subsea inspection activities within the region.
The role is office-based with flexibility for working from home, supporting both conventional vessel and Reach Remote operations.In this role, you will take a leading part in ensuring high-quality inspection delivery, while developing the regional inspection team and supporting projects throughout their lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic, technical and operational oversight of inspection delivery, acting as the primary onshore focal point for inspection performance, capability development, and client engagement.Lead, manage, and develop the regional onshore inspection team, including senior coordinators, coordinators and engineers.Manage inspection coordinators during live projects, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance, and technical support.Ensure consistent application of Reach Subsea inspection standards, procedures,
and best practices.Provide onshore technical authority for subsea inspection campaigns across all project phases.RequirementsCSWIP 3.4U certificationExtensive experience in subsea inspection and ROV-based inspection campaigns.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.Proven experience leading inspection teams in an onshore or remote operations setting.Ready to join us?
