And now, we're extending our reach and impact even further.Your opportunityReporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead performance marketing across our Seniors Communities portfolio, creating campaigns that attract customers, generate quality leads and support occupancy growth while building stronger connections with our communities.With integrity and resilience, you will:Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, direct, events and community channelsDrive lead generation and customer acquisition initiativesPartner closely with Sales to strengthen the enquiry-to-appointment-to-reservation journeyDeliver responsive marketing for existing and turnover village stockDrive local-area and village marketing campaignsUse CRM, digital analytics, and campaign insights to improve marketing performanceCreate engaging content across digital and traditional channels.Manage agencies, creative partners, and suppliersDeliver customer events, open days and information sessionsChampion consistent brand and customer experiences across the portfolioWhat you'll bringYou will bring strong marketing expertise and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to turn customer insight into measurable growth.
You will leverage data, digital, CRM and marketing technology to drive acquisition, optimise the customer journey and improve marketing performance, while embracing AI and automation to create smarter ways of working.What's required:6+ years' experience across integrated, digital, performance or portfolio marketingStrong lead generation and customer acquisition capabilityDigital marketing, CRM,
