YH Support is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker for high physical needs and active night shifts in Maudsland, QLD and surrounding areas.
This casual role involves compassionate care to clients with disabilities while supporting daily living activities.You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and accompany clients in the community, while documenting progress and maintaining safety.
