Due to growth, our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager ready to step into this newly created role and provide assistance to two Senior Property Managers with their office and field services tasks.Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's St Kilda Road precinct in a state of the art high rise business building overlooking Albert Park lake, and cafes/eating places right at your door step!
The successful candidate will join a fun, experienced and friendly property management team, as well as the wider office, who provide events and catch ups throughout the year.
The office space provides for quiet areas, a thorough up-to-date kitchen space and first class amenities.Our client is a very high end brand and with their luxury portfolios, the successful candidate will need to be very comfortable and capable in this area.




They are affiliated heavily with referral partners in QLD and NSW so their model is very unique and a refreshing change from your 'cottage' or 'franchise' Real Estate organization.Main tasks and responsibilities include:Essential safety measure and complianceRent reviewsLease renewalsArrearsMaintenanceField/Inspection work including routines and ingoing condition reportsPrevious experience is a similar role will be highly advantageous, and you must hold a current Agents Rep/Cert IV in Real Estate Services and a valid Victoria Drivers License.
A vehicle is not necessary as our client has ample fleet cars on site that can be booked for all out of office appointments.The company prides itself on using the most up to date technology and offering continual training and development opportunities.
