This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.You'll:
Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plansBuild long-term relationships and see real progressWork closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in **** or January ****)Passion for supporting people with disabilityDriver's licence and own vehicleNDIS Worker Screening, WorkingWithChildren Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
