You will have a focus on providing excellent customer service, rectifying all issues and concerns raised proactively and proficiently.Duties and Responsibilities are not limited to:Attending to warranty claims,
registrations and formsStrong ability to liaise with Dealers, understanding priority, sometimes with a matter of urgency.Ability to work with and understand portals and software.Ability to take direction from Warranty ManagerCoordinate parts orders for dealers, pick, pack and send out correctlyAttending to compliance certificates and ensure accuracy of sameReporting on any reoccurring issues with our caravan rangeData entry and general administration duties.Requirements of the PositionPrevious experience in warranty within a similar industry (caravan or automotive experience would be highly regarded)Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record informationSelf-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environmentOffer a high level of personal commitment and focusHaving someone with an exuberant personality on your customer service team is essential as they can effortlessly bring a positive and energetic vibe to interactions, ensuring a delightful and engaging experience for your customers.
