A Kitchen Moving Forward.Our kitchen is continuing to evolve.We are placing a strong focus on fresh preparation, quality ingredients and cooking from scratch wherever possible, while developing menus that deliver both great value and memorable dining experiences.As a Commis Chef, you'll work alongside our Executive Chef and experienced senior chefs while developing your skills across multiple areas of the operation.You'll have the opportunity to work across:Bistro – fresh, modern club dining, seasonal dishes, rotating specials and family favouritesCafé – casual dining, light meals and freshly prepared favouritesFunctions & Events – canapés, buffets, plated dinners, corporate events, weddings and major event cateringWhat You'll DoYou'll be an important part of our kitchen brigade, supporting preparation and service while continuing to develop your skills as a chef.You will:Prepare and cook fresh food to our recipes and presentation standardsWork alongside and learn from our Executive Chef and senior kitchen teamSupport smooth and efficient service across our Bistro, Café and FunctionsTake pride in presentation, consistency and qualityMaintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standardsAssist with stock rotation, preparation,
