We are a high-performing team that values support, teamwork and professional development.About the role: -Full time – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pmYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio while working closely with our Leasing, BDM & Administration teams.Your responsibilities will include:-Managing a portfolio from tenancy commencement through to vacateMaintaining and building strong relationships with rental providers and rentersHandling compliance,



tenancy matters and arrearsMaintaining accurate records and providing a high level of serviceWhat you must have: -Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and Agent's Representative CertificateStrong organisation and time management skills with a proactive approachConfidence dealing with rental providers, renters and tradesStrong attention to detailA collaborative mindset and willingness to support othersWe believe Property Managers perform at their best when they have the right support around them.
