You'll be responsible for keeping critical equipment operating safely, efficiently and reliably.You'll:Complete preventative, reactive and planned maintenanceDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsService and maintain chillers, AHUs, CRAC units,
FCUs and refrigeration systemsConduct inspections and preventative maintenance activitiesAssemble, install, test and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipmentInspect refrigeration and chilled water systemsIdentify opportunities to complete works more efficiently and cost-effectivelyComplete building inspections and provide clear reportsComplete work orders, risk assessments and required documentationParticipate in an after-hours/on-call rosterWhat You'll BringWe're looking for a qualified HVAC & Refrigeration Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving technical challenges.You'll bring:Relevant HVAC & Refrigeration trade qualification3–5 years' commercial HVAC & Refrigeration experienceCurrent Driver's LicenceStrong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilityExperience working across commercial and/or retail facilitiesAbility to manage your own workload and meet deadlinesStrong communication and customer service skillsConstruction Induction Card (White Card)Blue Card or the ability to get oneFirst Aid CertificateEWP Under 11mExperience with larger systems and critical environments — particularly chillers — will be highly regarded.Ready for Your Next Move?
