In this non‐patient‐facing role, you will assist cooking of large scale volume recipes, including preparation of ingredients, packaging cooked products and cleaning equipment.
This role includes assisting cook's with various operational tasks that are required from the start of the cooking process to the end.
Some tasks include dismantling cooking equipment, cleaning and reassembling.Working within our modern Food Production Unit, you will also assist with meal preparation, plating, and production, as well as the accurate picking and packing of orders for timely distribution.
The role also involves recording stock intake and rotation, dishwashing and cleaning of equipment and food preparation areas, and managing waste in accordance with established procedures.This is an active, hands‐on role where you will be on your feet and required to lift, push and pull continuously throughout the day.
