We're happy to provide training to the right person who brings initiative, reliability, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in learning.What your days look like:You'll work alongside our amazing clinical team to help create a smooth, positive patient journey from the moment a patient enters the clinic through to the completion of their appointment.You'll support our orthodontists and clinical team throughout the day, prepare for appointments, assist chairside and help keep the clinic organised and flowing efficiently.Every day is varied, with the opportunity to learn different aspects of orthodontic treatment while building great relationships with our patients and team.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with consultations, records, braces, clear aligners, retainers and other orthodontic proceduresCleaning, sterilising and maintaining instruments in accordance with infection control standardsSetting up materials, instruments and equipment required for proceduresSupporting the orthodontist and clinical team to keep appointments running efficientlyMaintaining clean,



organised and well-stocked clinical areasAssisting with patient records, photographs, scans and other clinical processes as training progressesProviding a warm and reassuring experience for patients throughout their appointmentsFollowing practice procedures, infection control requirements and workplace health and safety standardsContributing to a positive and supportive team environmentQualificationsExperience is not essential.
