As an AIN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality aged care services to our residents.
This is a full-time or casual position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.What you'll be doingAssist registered nurses and other care staff in delivering personalised and holistic care to aged care residentsProvide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility supportMonitor and record residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the nursing teamMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residentsEngage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their physical and emotional wellbeingAssist with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring residents' dietary needs are metWhat we're looking forCompleted Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualificationPrevious experience as an Assistant in Nursing or similar role in an aged care settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their familiesCompassionate, empathetic,
