reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.You'll need:A passion for customer service and working with peopleGreat communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressureA high level of physical fitness and confidence in the waterThe ability to swim 200 metres continuously in under 6 minutes; andtread water for two minutes without using your handsFlexibility to work weekends, school holidays, public holidays and peak periodsA current paid Queensland Blue CardNo Lifeguard qualification?
