Working closely with our Operations and Leadership teams, you'll help coordinate a customer program rollout across our customer base.The role combines customer communication, data analysis and project coordination.
You'll use your judgement, organisation and relationship skills to keep activities moving, maintain accurate records and support customers through change.Your responsibilities will include:Communicating with customers via phone and emailAnalysing customer ordering and usage data using ExcelMaintaining customer records,



action logs and program trackersCoordinating customer follow-up activitiesWorking with internal teams to resolve customer queriesPreparing progress updates and reportingAbout youThis role would suit someone with experience in customer service, operations, administration, account coordination, business support or a similar customer-facing environment.You will bring:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsGood Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with dataExcellent organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage competing priorities independentlyA practical, solutions-focused approachConfidence working with customers and stakeholdersExperience in hospitality, healthcare, aged care, accommodation, logistics or another service-based industry would be highly regarded.This is not an entry-level role.
