This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives on building community, and wants to be part of a gym that feels like a second home to its members.You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the club including member experience, operations and performance — while championing the standards that make Temple Gym what it is.What You'll DoSet the standard for a warm, welcoming, no-judgement environmentOwn the member experience, from a excellent first visit to genuine, ongoing connection (learning names, making introductions,
