Manngoor Dja Aboriginal Health Services in Gympie region is seeking an experienced Social Worker (0.8 FTE) to join the team and advance SEWB care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The role reports to the General Manager - Community & Aged Care Services and focuses on mental health intervention, case management, and referrals.The SEWB Social Worker leads care coordination, supports the SEWB Officer, and works within a multidisciplinary team to improve community health outcomes.
