Yarn Marketplace in Brisbane is seeking a diligent Warehouse / Customer Service Assistant to join the team.
You will support inventory, stock reception, packing and dispatch, while helping customers by phone, email and live chat to resolve queries and keep orders moving.You will maintain accurate records, assist with returns and exchanges, and help out across the warehouse during busy periods.
The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and contributes to smooth fulfilment and service excellence.
