About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) for community-based opportunities across Brisbane.
This is not high-volume agency work, you will:
Work with complex and meaningful cases
Be supported by experienced clinicians
Deliver care in participants' homes and community settings
Build long-term professional relationships with participants
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred care to participants with complex needs
Support high-intensity clinical care (with training and supervision), including: spinal injury care, wound care, continence support and catheter care, medication assistance
Contribute to care planning and clinical oversight (RN)
Support and guide support staff where required (RN)
Follow care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
Monitor and report changes in participant condition
Complete documentation (progress notes, incident reports)
Build strong, professional and respectful relationships with clients

What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Must have work rights in Australia
Previous experience in community or aged care highly regarded
Experience in complex wound care and continence care highly regarded
Experience with spinal cord injury care highly regarded
A genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellence
Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
Strong communication and a calm, professional approach
Flexibility to travel within the local area to support clients in their homes
Availability to start immediately is highly regarded
