We are looking for a
Planner Administrator
to join our dynamic team.
Fixed term: 12 months
About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, monitoring, and closing out customer requests for site works while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
If you're organised, detail-oriented, and have a knack for customer service, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Third Party Works, issue job packs, and manage related contract documentation and registers
Maintain and update systems and reports (SAP essential; PowerBI advantageous) including accurate data entry and timesheet processing
Create and manage work orders, monitor job progress, and close out completed works
Review and prioritise inquiries,
managing an Outlook inbox and collaborating across departments to support workflow
Handle procurement tasks including materials, purchase orders, and goods receipting
Support project tracking (budgets, approvals, change management) and contribute to data analysis and reporting
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and the ability to learn and manage multiple IT systems effectively.
They should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to re-prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication paired with advanced problem‐solving skills
Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
SAP experience essential; PowerBI skills desirable
