We're seeking a hands-on and passionate Cafe Manager to lead our café and hospitality operations — driving service excellence across our Refuel Café, events, and contributing to our member experience.
Your Impact:
As Cafe Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our hospitality operations within our Cafe, leading daily service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the premium standard that defines TotalFusion Morningside.
You'll bring a strong café or restaurant background, a love of coffee and service, and a leadership style that's both engaging and grounded.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all food, beverage, and hospitality operations across our Café.
Be actively involved in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support across all service areas.
Drive team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
Uphold a premium standard of service and presentation aligned with TotalFusion's luxury brand identity.
Manage financial performance, stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and product innovation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and WHS standards.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.

What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant or café operations.
Strong barista and coffee knowledge — you love quality and consistency
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A passion for food, wellness, and delivering memorable experiences
Commercial acumen and attention to operational detail
Proficiency in POS, rostering, and stock management systems
