The opportunity
We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team on site,
starting ASAP and running until January
.
Reporting to the Customer Service & Supply Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our orders moving.

The role at a glance
3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
7:00am to 3:00pm
On site in Revesby (this role isn't remote or hybrid)
Casual, through to January
Reports to the Customer Service & Supply Manager
What you'll be doing
Being the go-to contact for customers, making sure every enquiry is handled quickly and accurately Processing purchase orders and doing accurate data entry across our systems
Working with suppliers and teams across the business to keep orders on track




Supporting reporting and keeping our data clean and reliable
What you'll bring
A strong customer service background and a customer-first attitude
Excellent attention to detail, because accuracy matters here
Confidence with systems, processes and Excel
Clear, professional written and spoken English, with customers and internal teams alike
A "systems mindset": you like to understand how things work and how to make them work better
University students welcome!
If you're studying, you'll need:
Some customer service experience and an understanding of what positive customer service looks like
To be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
To commit to the same 3 days every week (Tue, Wed, Thu) until January
This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience to broaden their scope.
You'll work closely with the wider team, including Operations and externally with our suppliers.
