Sportspower Assistant Store Managers – Full Time 38 Hours Per Week
What you'll be doing
Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of your team
Collaborate with the regional management team to implement strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the sporting goods or fitness industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive in-store experience
Proficient in data analysis and financial management to drive store performance




Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
