About the Role:
You will provide safe, high-quality and person-centred care to our residents while working collaboratively with our nursing and care team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical and direct resident care
Medication administration within your scope of practice
Supporting assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
Monitoring residents' health and responding to changing clinical needs
Supporting wound care, chronic disease management and palliative care
Working collaboratively with residents, families and the wider care team
About You:
For Registered Nurses:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an RN
Nursing degree or relevant qualification
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
For Enrolled Nurses:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an EN (Division 2)
Minimum 1 year of aged care experience
Understanding of person-centred care
For both roles, a valid
Police Check
and
NDIS Worker Screening
Clearance is required, or willingness to obtain.
