About the Position
Boileau is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Field Engineer, specializing in providing comprehensive support for our customers' printer hardware and software.
The role encompasses various responsibilities:
•Servicing and repairing multi-function copiers, printers, and other digital products both in-house and in the field.
•Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fault finding.
•Refurbishing used equipment for resale.
•Supporting and advising customers through remote support.
•Assisting with stock and equipment management and movements.
About You

Key qualifications for this role include:
•Previous experience encompassing all aspects of photocopier and printer servicing.
•Comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology, networking technologies, and a robust mechanical aptitude.
•Excellent computer skills and outstanding organizational abilities.
•A willingness to learn and the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
