Your new role
Provide site administration support to warehouse and operational teams
Complete high-volume data entry and maintain accurate site records
Update and manage work order statuses within company systems
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational documentation
Liaise with warehouse personnel and internal stakeholders to support daily operations
Assist with tracking inventory, materials, and supply chain activities
Monitor and maintain system data accuracy across multiple platforms
Provide general administrative support in a fast-paced site environment
What you'll need to succeed
Supply chain, warehouse, or logistics experience
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail




Experience working in fast-paced operational or mining environments
Ability to manage competing priorities and changing workloads
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience highly regarded
Strong communication and organisational skills
Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical highly desirable
