Sales Administrator
Northern Suburbs Location
$70,000 – $85,000 + Super (Pending Experience)
Monday – Friday, Flexible Office Hours & WFH Options
Our client is a leading supplier of electrical mining equipment with locations nationwide across Australia.
As a result of ongoing business growth, they are currently seeking an additional Sales Representative to join their team to assist with ordering processing, over the phone enquiries and updating their CRM systems.
What you will be responsible for?
This role will see you working within a Sales team of about 6 people, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Your main duties will consist of:
Respond to over the phone and email customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships, identifying customer needs and supporting sales opportunities.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring enquiries, orders and follow-ups are handled accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, raise purchase orders and provide customers with updates on orders, deliveries and invoicing.
Process customer orders and monitor end-to-end order status, including stock availability, order status and delivery timeframes.




Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity and order details across CRM and internal business systems.
How to be successful?
Previous experience in an office based sales, sales administration, or internal sales support position
Proficient knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other business systems.
Full Australian working rights, drivers license and a reliable car
The ability to pass a medical assessment and drug and alcohol test
