This is a dual‐position role that supports both Reception and Food & Beverage operations.
You'll be the welcoming face of the retreat, assisting guests from check‐in to check‐out, while also providing high‐quality service in our restaurant and lounge areas.
Key Responsibilities
Reception
• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage check‐ins, check‐outs, and reservation enquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Provide local information and assist with guest itineraries
Food & Beverage
• Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
• Take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a clean dining environment
• Assist with bar service (training provided if required)
• Set up and pack down dining areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards




What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to multitask in a quick‐paced environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team‐focused mindset
• Previous hospitality or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Availability for a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
