Our team is based across multiple locations, and we are flexible with where this role can be based.
You will be working closely with the Organisational Development Manager, subject matter experts and business leaders, you will design and develop engaging learning content and solutions that support capability development across UAA Group.This role will contribute to a broad range of learning initiatives, including onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, organisational change, technology uplift and role-based capability programs.
You will also support the coordination of learning activities, systems and resources to help ensure learning is delivered consistently and effectively across the Group.What You Will Be DoingPartnering with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create effective and innovative solutionsDesigning and developing engaging learning content, including eLearning, video, workshops and supporting resourcesSupporting onboarding, compliance,



leadership and capability development initiativesDeveloping learning solutions that support organisational change and business improvementCoordinating learning programs, training activities and Learning Management System (LMS) administrationEvaluating and continuously improving learning content, resources and learner outcomesAbout YouYou are a creative and organised learning professional who enjoys designing engaging learning experiences and making complex information easy to understand.
