Our client is one of Australia's most recognisable consumer-facing brands, operating at significant scale across multiple channels with millions of customer interactions daily.
They are a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation with a strong culture of data-led decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact commercial finance appointment sitting at the intersection between finance and commercial operations.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
Business partnering with operational stakeholders and providing strategic decision support




Developing financial models and business cases
Supporting promotional planning and commercial investment decisions
Providing insightful financial analysis and commentary to leadership
Tracking performance against strategic and financial targets
About You
To be considered for this role you will be CA/CPA qualified and have at least 8 years experience working in a robust commercial business (Retail or FMCG will be held in high regard.
Furthermore, you will be commercially astute and have experience supporting non-finance stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
