About the role:
This hands-on leadership role will shape and deliver the group's retail Health & Safety strategy across multiple brands.
You'll work closely with store teams and business leaders to build a proactive safety culture, strengthen accountability and reduce risk.
You'll also oversee workers' compensation, lead incident investigations, use insights and data to drive improvement, and deliver practical training and guidance.
This is a visible role for someone who enjoys being out in the business and making a real difference in stores.
About you:
You're a confident, approachable safety leader who can build trust and bring people with you.




You balance strategic thinking with practical, on-the-ground support, and know how to make safety part of everyday work—not just a policy.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Significant Health & Safety leadership experience, ideally in multi-site retail or operations retail businesses
Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and workers' compensation
Experience leading claims management, early intervention and prevention programs
A track record of using data to reduce incidents and improve safety outcomes
Excellent stakeholder, coaching and communication skills
