About the Role:
MEC NT are seeking experienced Licensed Electricians, Leading Hands and Supervisors to support a range of major projects and ongoing works across Darwin and the Northern Territory.
These are hands-on roles working across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, Defence and remote projects.
Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating project activities, mentoring apprentices and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you'll be doing:
Deliver electrical installations, maintenance and project works across a variety of sitesLead, supervise and mentor electricians, apprentices and trade assistants where applicableCoordinate daily project activities to ensure safe and efficient deliveryInterpret plans, specifications and project documentationMaintain high standards of workmanship, safety and qualityLiaise with Project Managers, Supervisors,



clients and subcontractorsAssist with commissioning, testing and fault finding activitiesWork across both local Darwin projects and remote NT project sitesContribute to a positive team culture and strong safety outcomesSupport project delivery from commencement through to completion
What we're looking for:
Current Electrical Licence (essential)Current Driver's LicenceStrong electrical trade backgroundExcellent planning, communication and leadership skillsSound understanding of WHS and quality requirementsAbility to lead by example and build a positive team culture
