Ideally, we are looking for a motivated and hardworking Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience.This full-time position is based in our Emerald office (approx. 3 days per week) and our Pakenham office (approx. 2 days per week).
Candidates seeking part-time employment are also encouraged to apply.Responsibilities• Manage a diverse range of client files autonomously• Provide legal advice and representation in matters including:Criminal Law and Intervention Order mattersDebt recoveryBuilding and construction disputesCommercial, business, and partnership disputesProperty and retail tenancy disputesBreach of agreements• Mentor and support junior lawyers• Receive guidance and mentorship from senior practitionersQualifications• Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in criminal law, litigation and dispute resolution• Comprehensive knowledge of court and tribunal processes, procedures, and rules• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and working to negotiate best outcome settlements for all our clientsOur CultureAt Falcone & Adams Lawyers, we foster a supportive and collaborative workplace culture that values personal and professional development.
